FOUNDERS
The Hughes Alan Group was co-founded by Dr. Robert Wilson and Trey Judd. Dr. Wilson, as physician owner of CovenantCare Practices, and Trey, as owner of Judd & Associates Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, are intimately familiar with the hardships medical practices face. They created The Hughes Alan Group to solve the problem of administrative burden in medical practices. Medical providers go to school and are trained to address the health and wellbeing of their patients, but all too often business administration is a tremendous drain on that focus. Hughes Alan has a mission: to empower providers to be providers.
Robert Wilson, MD is Chief Executive Officer of The Hughes Alan Group and President of CovenantCare Practices. Dr. Wilson completed his Family Medicine residency at Memorial Health Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia (Chief Resident 2002-03), and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. He is board certified by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Tennessee Academy of Family Practice.
Trey Judd, CPA, CGMA, MA is Chief Financial Officer of The Hughes Alan Group and Principal/Owner of Judd & Associates Certified Public Accountants and Advisors. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Harding University, Master of Arts at Austin Peay State University, and Post Graduate Work at Austin Peay State University. Trey has years of accounting and consulting experience in numerous industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the TSCPA State Tax Committee.
